You will only get back what you put into a relationship.... Just a thought in my mind this morning. DO NOT BE A TAKER AND NEVER GIVING BACK... FRIENDSHIP IS IMPORTANT. We are not created to live alone and the destiny ahead of us is usually tied to someone else.... Find your DESTINY FRIEND TODAY. Perhaps that is the puzzle you are waiting on.  And if you have been ignoring that friend, I urge you to retrace your steps. The puzzle of your destiny will not be completed until you align yourself with that destiny friend.  Yolanda and I compliment each other in what we do. I woke up this morning and began to think and just meditate on these WORDS. What is the secret to immediate and instant breakthrough in life? What makes one person breakthrough and breakout in an instant while others continue to struggle….Let’s take a look at it with a candid eye this day as you go about doing your business.

SLOUGHFULNESS …dictionary meaning states…”to ignore something” that is, “to regard something as being unwanted”. These are such powerful definitions. How many times have great opportunities come your way and because they did not come in the package you want…. How many times have you ignored them? How many times have you promised to do something, yet you continue to procrastinate because deep down in your heart you ignore it or disregard it. Do you know that God uses small things to get our attention too? Do you know that what you need right now is simply FAVOR which surpasses all you think about physical money? FAVOR will take you where your education and money will not!

Quit being sloughful about things that pertain to your life or the life of others! Be more vigilant because God works with little things too. How can you pass the test and how can you move forward if YOU CANNOT BE TRUSTED with simply following through with your own promise? Many are where they are today because there are some little things they have ignored in their lives… some small steps they are meant to take for God to catapult them but their eyes are fixed on big things. LESSON FOR TODAY: Check your closet, look at your environment… what little things are God doing right now that you need to be a part of? YOU WILL NOT MOVE FORWARD UNTIL YOU PAY ATTENTION TO THE SMALL STUFF HAPPENING AROUND YOU. Our Creator is a person of order.

Be loyal… Be a person of honor… be trustworthy… let your yes be your yes and you no… no!  When you say you will do something, get up and do… stop making people remind you of it all the time! It only shows your sloughfulness! WHAT YOU VALUE, YOU WILL CHERISH AND MAKE HAPPEN! Value the small stuff... be a person of action and one who follows through with your promises. if you can't keep a promise, you can't put your hands to something.... what is your creator supposed to work with? All the great men and women we admire today.... are putting their hands to something, regardless of how small it may seem to others! The quickest way to kill your dream is to not follow through on  your promises! Quit getting frustrated... move on the small things around you.

A Wonderful son got me thinking~ Princess in Suburbia: FUMI HANCOCK, Amazon Bestselling Author

Today, one of my wonderful sons shared the following statement and got me thinking and praying for a God inspired answer.

“Hello great people of Africa, it's indeed an awesome morning here in Emure Ekiti, Nigeria where sun is already shining as early as 7a.m. I woke up thinking within me why some are greater than others. My answer to this is simply that 'MAN CANNOT BE GREATER THAN HIS ENVIRONMENT'. I therefore urge you and myself to assess our present location and if not favourable, we relocate to a better place. Man is a product of his environment – Dele A”

Here is what I got in my spirit and I trust you will be blessed by it:

Huge discussion....to think about.... Let's look at the CREATION.... God created the heavens and the earth.... He knew you before you became a thought in your mother's womb. He had a purpose, a mission and a vision for you.... He is God, who makes no mistakes and when we are in his will, we are where we need to be.... He is Jehovah God who has time in his hands....and as we press towards his calling for our lives, He chooses when, how and what we need to be doing at this season. Though times are tough, he CHOOSES... the next steps for us.

Here is a true life story of a dear friend. Several years ago, he and 6 of his friends graduated from a University in Nigeria. They all wanted to travel outside of the country to Britain or the US. Of all the 7 friends, my cousin was the only one who could not attain a visa to come. He tried over 6 times, all to no avail. He was distraught as he watched the remaining six pack their bags and leave Nigeria for Britain and the US. He spent several months stooling over his situation in Nigeria. But soon pick up the pieces and went back to the University to study Law. Once he graduated, he started his own law firm and just gradually began to live life in Nigeria.

Here is the wonderful outcome, of all the 7... he is the most successful amongst them! Eventhough the remaining 6 are in Britain and the US, they continue to struggle and he is constantly sending them money to help from Nigeria! Can you believe that? Now, some of them are trying to get back home and he is helping them to come back to settle in Nigeria. Today, this person travels all over the world including the US who refused him several times because he is an incredibly wealthy man IN NIGERIA. I share this personal story to let you know that GOD KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING!

What has worked for me, when it seems like I am not getting a head way is I ask God what is in my current environment that I am supposed to be doing that I haven't gotten in my spirit? And often, he shows me when I am calm enough to listen. And when it is time to move, he will show that too. Not only that, he will open the door without us even expecting it. It has happened to me here in the US over and over again. What I am currently doing now, HE OPENED THE DOOR from an unexpected source. HE WILL CHOOSE THE SOURCE TO USE TOO AS ONLY HE KNOWS EVERYONE’S SITUATION.

Again, when we keep our eyes on GOD, he will direct and order our steps. Frustrations may come, hardship may scream at us and let us believe there is no hope but we must push through to ask God, why am I still in the place I am in and what would you have me do. In the middle of drought, Joseph prospered. Can anything good come out of your environment? Remember this, in the middle of drought, Joseph prospered. Begin to yield great fruits with the little you have where you are planted…. Can you believe that there may be a jewel in hiding where you are but you have not calmed down enough for God to show you? It is my prayer for you all today that you will begin to yield great fruits where you are planted…. And that God Almighty will show you all where you need to be in this season and equip you to move forward. There is nothing as heart wrenching when you plant ourselves in an environment God has not called us to at the season. Always remember the story of the 7 friends I have shared today and take strength from it. I hope this has blessed you today.

You Were Created To Be a Solution and Not a Barrier to Your Generation

This morning, I started thinking hard about what I would share with my friends. So, I went back to some of my past writings. This caught my eye in particular and I sense the urge that if shared yet again, would bless someone today. Here it goes:

A wonderful day at the General Hospital in Emure Ekiti. Adassa Adumori Foundation delivering needed Medical Equipment.

In my quiet time with God, I was reminded of His unconditional love... His grace... His mercy... His Uncommon Favor over mankind. Through the eyes of my people, God’s favored children in Ekiti, God continues to remind me the reason why I was created. A precious soul once said this to me: (I was manufactured in Africa, assembled in the US and now dispatched to the world... What a revelation and a huge responsibility). Do you have a revelation of who you are this morning?

By extending his comforting arms towards me, He has shown me how to live a life of purpose. To continually venture to make a difference in this world and not just acquire massive wealth for myself, though that is always good. God is teaching me to rest in His words, that if he said it, He is more than enough to bring it to pass, regardless of what challenges may come my way. He has taught me to quit looking at people for solutions but to completely lean on him. He is the one who knows who he will use and who he will move to help my mountain shift. So rather than frustrate yourself with assumptions, fix your eyes to the heavens. 

My heavenly Father is gently teaching me how to rest on his wings… to reach out and be a blessing rather than constantly looking to be blessed. There is strength, peace, and restored hope when you take your eyes off yourself and just be a blessing in the little way you can. 

Above all, He reminded me that He has created me to be a solution to my people and not a barrier. Has God spoken a word to you lately? Does it look like it would never happen? Then, I urge you to hold on, He is not through with YOU yet. He is refining the cracked portions of your lives; he is straightening the crooked paths on your behalf; he is clearing the path for your greatest victory. He knows your hearts. He sees when you cry… and my God, He answers even when you feel his silence.

It is my prayer for you today that you will be celebrated where you are ordinarily tolerated. God bless you today as you take yet one more step towards your divine purpose.  I thank God for making me a solution to two great havens… Tennessee, USA and Ekiti State, Nigeria my beloved homeland. 

Another valuable lesson I have learned is to know my limit and not overextend myself. While it is my desire to help, I know it is impossible to help everyone exercising wisdom along the way. It is also my desire that others will understand that one person cannot be the solution to an African continent. Therefore, everyone has a role to play and be grateful for the little that is done in their communities. For when we are grateful with little, we will surely be rewarded in a huge way.

"This is what the Lord says: I will come to you and fulfill my gracious promise to bring you back... For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart." ---Jeremiah 29: 10 - 12

I love you All.....May your light burn so bright for the world to see and partake of.

The DEADLIEST WEAPON ever used on MANKIND lies within! I woke up this morning and in my quiet time, I asked this pivotal question: What separates SUCCESSFUL & THRIVING PEOPLE from THOSE WHO ARE NOT? My conclusion..... ACTIONS! ACTIONS! ACTIONS or lack thereof!

In everything you do today, put your actions where your mouths have readily gone. Success does not jump on you... just because you say you want it. How many times have you told yourself, I am going to do this?.... How many times have you made promises that you have broken?  Could all of these unfulfilled promises to yourself and others be the hindrance in your way? PROCRASTINATION IS A COSTLY DISEASE and A ROBBER OF DREAMS. But it is only activated by YOU! It breathes because you give it air in your lives.

SOLUTION: Clean up your closets today! Be gracious to yourself! It is your calculated intentions....deliberate actions.... commitment to your visions.... dedication to your course.... keeping your promises to yourselves and others.... your trustworthiness in doing what you say you will do and act accordingly....

These are actions of AUTHENTIC WINNERS AT LIFE.
